APPLICATION SCOPE (USERS OF THE SYSTEM)
This application is intended for:1. Nepali Citizens all over the world who are unemployed or are looking after to start entrepreneurship. 2. Entrepreneurs in Nepal who are looking to collaborate with like-minded people. 3.Organizations in Nepal who are hiring Human Resources, Volunteers or conducting Vocational Trainings and Employment related activities. 4.Local Level departments who are working on Managing Jobs.

HOW IT WORKS?
Users can create their profile and apply to opportunities related to job, partnership or entrepreneurial opportunities displayed in their profile. Upon successful approval by the opportunity provider, information of the user will be shared with the opportunity provider for further processing.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT IN SIPSHALA
Users can signup using their Mobile Number. An OTP will be sent via SMS for authentication before proceeding to filling further account information.
